Why this notice matters

OSOIX combines modeled orbital state, public-source infrastructure cameras, ground observations, environmental or event data, derived analytics and human-reviewed evidence. Different layers have different provenance, update frequency, precision and permitted uses.

Modeled orbital state

Displayed positions and trajectories may be propagated from orbital elements or other source observations. A modeled position is an estimate at a stated time, not an assertion of centimetre-level real-time spacecraft truth. Propagation error can grow with source age, manoeuvres, atmospheric effects and source quality.

Public cameras and observations

Camera availability, timestamps, viewpoints, continuity and content are controlled by their source operators. A feed can be delayed, stale, offline, mislabelled or geographically limited. OSOIX should expose source/freshness information when available and must not describe a non-live source as live.

Derived intelligence

Scores, alerts, classifications, correlations and visual overlays may be algorithmically derived. They are decision-support signals that require context and, for consequential use, independent verification.

Not an emergency or navigation service

Do not rely on OSOIX as the sole source for emergency response, aviation/maritime navigation, collision avoidance, spacecraft commanding, law-enforcement action or other safety-critical decisions. Use the competent official or professionally validated source for the decision concerned.

Source rights and attribution

Third-party data remains subject to its source licence, attribution, acceptable-use and redistribution terms. OSOIX integration does not transfer ownership of third-party data to TVK LABS & TECHNOLOGIES LTD.

Corrections

If a source, timestamp, location, attribution or derived claim appears incorrect, report it to contact@tvklabs.com with enough detail to identify the affected view and evidence.
