Controller
TVK LABS & TECHNOLOGIES LTD is the controller for personal data processed through the public OSOIX website and related account/contact surfaces unless a separate customer agreement identifies a different controller/processor role.
Data we may process
Depending on the feature used, OSOIX may process account and contact details, organisation and role information, access entitlements, support correspondence, project/customer requests, submitted observations, technical telemetry about the service itself, security logs, device/browser data, session identifiers and consent/preferences.
Purposes and lawful bases
We process data to respond to requests, provide and administer access, take steps before entering or perform contracts, maintain service security and integrity, investigate abuse, support customers, preserve evidentiary records where appropriate and comply with legal obligations. Lawful bases may include contract, steps before contract, legal obligation, legitimate interests and consent where required.
Observation and evidence submissions
Do not submit unlawfully obtained data, unnecessary personal data, credentials, private keys or secrets. If a customer workflow requires sensitive operational material, it must use an approved secure channel and agreed handling rules rather than a public submission surface.
Recipients and processors
Data may be processed by contracted hosting, database, infrastructure, security, communications and professional-service providers where necessary. Public data-source providers may receive routine network requests when their services are lawfully integrated. We do not sell personal data.
International transfers and retention
Where transfers outside the UK or EEA require safeguards, an applicable lawful mechanism is used. Data is retained only for the operational, contractual, evidence, security, legal or dispute period reasonably required, then deleted or anonymised when no longer needed.
Your rights and complaints
Subject to applicable law, individuals may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and may withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Contact contact@tvklabs.com. UK users may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office; EU/EEA users may also complain to the competent supervisory authority where applicable.
Automated analysis
OSOIX may use models, scoring and automated processing to organise or contextualise technical data. Public OSOIX functions are not intended to make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about individuals.
