OSOIX Publish

Editorial, localization, approval and publication workflow

What this workspace is for

Use Publish to create canonical English editorial items, move them through review, coordinate localized editions, and prepare approved publication jobs without automatic release.

How to use it

  1. Choose the publication brand: OSOIX, TVK Infrastructure or TVK Orbital. The brand cards are publication lanes, not error states.
  2. Create the English canonical item with title, slug and summary. English remains the source record for the editorial workflow.
  3. Move the English item through IDEA → RESEARCH → DRAFT → REVIEW. A reviewer then approves it or requests changes.
  4. After English approval, localization drafts can be prepared for the supported languages. Draft coverage is not publication readiness.
  5. Each localized edition must be independently reviewed by an authorized fluent human reviewer before it can be considered releasable.
  6. For an approved English item, an admin can prepare the owned-site publication job. Channel readiness and syndication remain separate release controls.

Terms on the screen

Approval required

Nothing in that brand lane is published automatically. Human approval is a mandatory release gate.

Editorial queue

The working list of content items and their current workflow status. Locale identifies which language edition the row represents.

Localization queue

Language editions waiting for drafting, fluent-human review, correction or release approval.

Owned-site job

A prepared publication task for an approved item. Preparing the job is not the same as publishing it.

Channel readiness

Whether a destination has the configuration/authorization required before dispatch can occur.

Important boundaries

  • Do not interpret machine-assisted translation completion as human approval.
  • Do not publish or syndicate an item whose required review gate is incomplete.
  • Do not reuse one language approval as approval for another language edition.
