Decision Readiness
Decision Readiness combines source freshness, confidence, evidence and assurance gates into UNAVAILABLE, OBSERVE-ONLY, REVIEW-READY or EVIDENCE-READY. Every state still requires human authorization.
This tells an operator whether the current information is only good enough to watch, good enough to review, or backed by enough evidence for deeper review.
OSOIX uses a checklist before saying information is ready for a person to study carefully. Even the best state never lets the computer make the final decision automatically.
