AUTHORIZED PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE IMAGERY

Public Camera Fabric

OSOIX indexes authorized/public camera catalogs and resolves fresh frames by provider + camera ID through a no-store boundary. Request time and provider capture time remain distinct.

OSOIX can request public traffic/infrastructure camera images from official providers. A newly requested image may still have been captured minutes earlier, so freshness is measured separately.

These are public cameras that transport agencies already publish. OSOIX can show their latest public picture, but it does not identify people in the picture.
